    Memorable Suspenseful Read

Fast paced read, perfect for when you want to dive into a book and not come out until its over. The narrative is very descriptive and by the end of the book you feel like you experienced what the character did as each pebble of her experienced is revealed.

    good psychological thriller

Good psychological thriller. The plot may not be very surprising, but the characters' development conquers the readers attention. You want to understand Ani and what has happened to her. She may not be a hero-character, but you cheer for her. Is a good book. Readers of Gone Girl may like it. I did. :)

    Great story

Wow, so well written in a current tone. Shows the stressors teenagers face trying to fit in, and the possible consequences of being on the fringe. Reminds us how shallow and materialistic we've become as a society and to what extremes this can drive some people. This story was really well written, never a dull moment. It will take you where you don't expect and wring you out like a dish rag. Loved it. You will see all kinds of people you went to school with, work with, are in your family....just different names. Cheer, shudder, cringe, laugh, cry...you'll feel the gammit of emotions and not want to stop rading. Loved it!

    Not what I expected

Was recommended to me because I lived Girl on a Train but this one didn't tickle my fancy. I wasn't able to connect with the main character, not sure if that was personal or if the way her story was only depicted closer to the end of the book made me detach from her cause I sort of hated her materialistic outlook. Anyhow it was OK, nothing I'd recommend to a friend.
