    Lunch in Paris

Excellently written. The combination of love and food is a genius idea for a storyline and the way Mrs. Bard shares her frustration with the french is delightful.

    Lunch, dinner, party

Once I figured out this was a memoir, not a novel, we settled into a very nice story about meeting, marrying and living in a foreign country. Food, being a universal language, plays a prominent part of the story.
