Hilarious Romcom from Start to Finish!

4.5 stars I can always count on Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby to give me a laugh out loud romcom. This was such a fun book from start to finish! I am a huge fan of the Man Hands series and a big part of that is because each book is just fun, playful, and low drama. There is no heavy lifting, but there are plenty of hilarious moments that will have your stomach cramping from laughing so hard. This is book 4 in the series, but it can be read as a standalone. I do recommend all the previous books though, especially Boy Toy, since some characters from that book do appear. Mac and Meg are quite the pair. They have amazing opposites attract chemistry and I loved seeing them verbally spar and push each others buttons. Meg's sunshine and rainbows personality was such a great contrast to Mac's gruff and grumpy attitude. Their back and forth banter really heightened the sexual tension. I'm not usually a fan of the manwhore type hero, but Mac definitely grew on me, especially after his history was revealed. (I wouldn't have minded if some of his extracurricular activities in the beginning were left out though.) There is a bit of drama and pushaway late in the story, but it's resolved just as quickly and the epilogue was the perfect way to bring the story full circle. One thing I really loved about Man Cuffed is the diversity in the book. I really appreciated how it was incorporated and discussed in the story. The book is also filled with fantastic secondary characters, like Mac's partner Lance. Their bromance was THE BEST! Lance stole the show every time he appeared and I would love to see a book for him (or Aubrey or Cassidy) in the future. Man Cuffed is an entertaining and lighthearted read that you don't want to miss! *I voluntarily read an advance review copy of this book*

Review: Man Hands 4: Man Cuffed

Man Cuffed by Sarina Bowen & Tanya Eby is the fourth book in their co-written Man Hands series. Interconnected standalones told in dual POV, this book takes us outside the circle of friends from the previous three books but not too far. Meg is the sister of Sadie, the main character in book three, Boy Toy and the expansion of this group leaves the door open for more books in the future. Meg is an actress at heart but a waitress for real. Having decided to move back to Michigan and deeming herself too mature for roommates she moves into a nice small apartment and is instantly serenaded with the neighbors sex noises - turns out the walls are REALLY thin. Mac is a cop at heart and a cop for real. He is anti-relationship and has just found out how awesomely weird his new neighbor is. The fact that she broke into his apartment to save him from his cheating not-girlfriend aside - he finds her intriguing and enticing. The story has it's ups and downs. Mac has a complicated past that he refuses to talk about and he avoids his family at all costs. Meg has a quirky personality that gets her into some awkward situations but thanks to her creative dramatic mind - she can also pretty much rescue herself. The chemistry between them was hot. The secondary characters were awesome. (Lance was too cool!) I really enjoyed this book and it's laugh out loud moments. Hope you do too!

OMG I loved this book. I loved Meg and Maguire as a couple. Never say never, no one knows what the future holds for them.

    So good

5 Star Review of Man Cuffed (Man Hands #4) by Sarina Bowen & Tanya Eby   This was a well written, steamy, fast paced story with characters you cannot help but fall for, hook, line and sinker.   From the moment they first meet you just know that you are in for a fabulous roller coaster of a read. I loved Meg and Mac both separately and together, they are perfect for each other. This book was full of laugh out loud hysterical moments which had me in tears from laughing so much. It is not all fun though, there are some tense and serious moments dealing with family issues which was difficult, particularly since Mac’s relationship with his brother is almost non existent; I wanted them to sort themselves out. There were times when I worried that they wouldn’t get their happily ever after. I really love Meg, she is feisty, sassy and determined. Mac was at times frustrating but he got there in the end. The secondary characters, particularly Cassidy and Lance, are highly entertaining. The chemistry between Meg and Mac is intense and you could feel the sparks between them. Such was the seamless writing from Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby I have no idea where one author finished and the other took over. The flow of the story was fantastic and Man Cuffed ticked all the boxes for me.

    Broody Cop Galore

4.5☆ Meg and Mac were funny, sexy, and cute which is my favorite combination! I love Meg's happy and fun demeanor and how that contrasts to Mac and his brooding. They have two fantastic meet cutes and they had me excited from the start to see what happened between them. I love that just because it's a rom com doesn't mean there isn't a great emotional story and journey going on. I loved seeing how Mac learned from Meg to overcome past hurt. I just loved these two!!
