    A really great book but.....

    I love Mary Berry and this book did not disappointment me in terms of learning tons of techniques from one of the best, BUT, any cookbook, IMO, should have a picture of every bake so the reader can see exactly what the bake should end up looking like. Also, anyone not familiar for British terms for some things, for example, they call cornstarch, corn flour, may be confused by some items. As I have followed her forever, I am aware of the differences but anyone not familiar with British terms may find themselves looking up a lot of things online.
