    Love this Book!!!

Maybe This Kiss by Jennifer Snow.....I am so excited for this great series, I could not put this book down. The story is sweet and it flows so nicely. I love the characters Neil and Becky they have a past together, they still have attraction and love for each other. Will these two be able to make a second chance work, you will have to read to find out. I highly recommend this book.

    A sweet holiday second-chance romance!

A sweet holiday second-chance romance! This was actually the second book I read in this series; I met Becky in book 2 and liked her so much I HAD to read her story in this book! Becky is one of my favorite characters. She's so sassy and funny, and her occasional potty mouth only makes her more realistic. Neil was adorable, and I loved how he refused to let Becky go without a fight. I am SO happy there are 2 more brothers to be written about, because it's DEFINITELY a good, sweet, steamy, solid contemporary romance series!

    Maybe this kiss

Cute quick little book. Slightly disappointed, nice lead up to steamier sceens but then completely skim over the action.Would recommend for a quick beach read.

Kick-off to a fun new series!

In a sweet kick-off to her new Colorado Ice series, Jennifer Snow brings us a short story about finding love again after loss ... with the one that got away years ago! I loved the characters, and my favorite "awww" moments were his interactions with her daughter ... so sweet! Great set up to the series! Can't wait to read more of the Westmores! Becky Westmore is simply trying to get through the crazy hectic month of December without falling apart at the seams when she finally runs into the person she's been avoiding since he got back into town a month ago ... her ex-boyfriend from all those years ago. Neil Healy was happy to receive his promotion to Lieutenant with the Air Force, but he wasn't so happy that it brought him back to his hometown of Glenwood, Colorado after being gone for so many years. He didn't like how things ended back in the day, and being back in this town again brings all of those memories back full force. When they finally cross paths, the old flame is still burning strong. Neither of them wants to feel the things they are feeling, but it's there regardless. Will they find the courage to try again?

    Short and easy read

I liked Neil’s character which I was surprised by because I wasn’t crazy about him in Maybe This Time. He seemed to really understand why Becky made her choices when they broke up and he’s mature enough to have moved on after 12 years (I’d sure hope so!). Becky’s daughter was so great; she had the right amount of kid spunk that is cute and not annoying. I also loved the scenes where Neil and Taylor interact. It was so sweet seeing Neil fall in love not just with Becky, but also her daughter. The biggest issue for me was Becky’s changing emotions, thoughts, and wants. I’m surprised she didn’t give Neil whiplash considering how often she switched from pushing him away to making a move. I also didn’t really understand Becky’s process of choices. She breaks up with Neil because she can’t handle the stress of him being gone and risking his life. Then she marries Rob who is a cop and a volunteer with Search & Rescue, also a very dangerous job, though granted not one that involved long absences. The story implies that she only married Rob because she got pregnant (though they did have a very loving and happy marriage) so maybe it never would have happened without that. Now she’s pushing Neil away because his job is still dangerous. She didn’t seem to realize how hypocritical she was being of Neil’s job when she ended up marrying someone just like him.
