    Beautifully written, best book on meditation

    This is not like traditional meditation book. The depth of the book is far-reaching. Dr. Amit Ray makes meditation understandable and accessible in this incredibly helpful and insightful, gentle little guide book. As this book progresses though, it offers many more meditation approaches, and insights that will be useful even to those who have meditated for a long time. It was easy to read and challenging at the same time. The author does a beautiful job of helping you understand the essential wisdom of meditation. I recommend this book for anyone interested in learning meditation in depth.

    Best Book on Meditation

    Refreshingly clear since it comes from inner experience of the Dr. Amit Ray. This is one of the best books I have ever read on meditation. It is a unique and very special and first of its kind in many sense. The nitty gritty details and exposition of detailed meditation practices have never been revealed with complete authority.
