    Loved it

Loved this!! One bad boy pop star and one good girl academic, never has attraction between two characters seemed so unlikely or perfect at the same time! The author's fantastic writing, however, really lets us get to know these two and when we do they seem more the same than they initially appear. This is a fantastic book that shows us once again that people are usually more than the face they put on for the world to see. I definitely recommend this one.

    Great book

I like the previous book a little more but I was good to see the bad boy fall in love and change through out the book.

Time is not on their side

Ryder and Mia's story is simple. Boy meets girl. Girl hates boy. Then it gets complicated. There is so much more to both of them then meets the eye. When they get to know one another everything changed. Ryder has a past full of heartache and pain. Now that he is famous he tries to hide all that from his friends and the viewing public. Meeting Mia changes him. He sees more about academics, the world, even girls. Mia is a good girl who does what she is told. Her parents have her life mapped out. She is following the map to her planned future. Tutoring Ryder will help pay for college and medical school. She can pretend to be his girlfriend to get all that. She just cannot tell her parents. In the course of tutoring, they see more about one another than just that they are student and teacher. Ryder learns there are things he can teach her in return. Like playing the guitar. There is so much more to learn, and it is just the beginning. Ryder and Mia are such an amazing couple together. I enjoyed the banter, the learning, the working together to deceive others. They have a secret that bonds them. Will it last if the truth comes out? Does love conquer all? Such a heartwarming story and I loved it! ***This ARC copy was given free from Netgalley.com and its publisher, for review purposes. Implausible

Writing is just too "noisy" with too many things going on without coherence - issues with self, issues with band mates, issues with mother, it's just dizzying. And most of all, who would send a 16yo girl on a Rock Band tour? As a tutor?? And said girl does NOT know she will be riding a bus??? The last one really was the straw for me, I couldn't go on reading after that.
