    Not even ok

I think you are getting bored writing these books ... the last one (Saul) was also pretty boring ... definitely not the spice or story as the others you have written.

    keeps you guessing

I just love the spin offs that everyone keeps coming up with, keeping an already awesome series going in different but the same directions. ( if that makes sense. :) ) The sleeper seals series can be read as standalone and even though they have a order I have been told they can be read in any sequence. Michael is struggling in the civilian world, he has a purpose but it does not fulfil him. Asked to do a solitary mission to find out what happened to a fellow seal member he reenters the game as if he has not left. Meeting Mercy was not planned and while he found her attractive he wants her off the playing field. Mercy is looking for answers, putting herself in danger to get them was not what she wanted to do but if it was the only way to get the answers to her questions, then so be it. While other crossover characters are brought into the plot, the main focus of this series is centered on one person or couple instead of the group. I thought it was a refreshing change ( don't get me wrong, I love the other series and they center around a specific couple but the other characters are a major part of the story line.). The mystery was compelling, the plot was intriguing keeping your attention centered on the happenings around our two main characters. Not as fast paced as the other series but moves along at a good speed. Ms. Mayer always throws in some interesting situations keeping her readers guessing and on the edge of their seat. I volunteered to read this story for my honest opinion.

    Exciting Series

Micheal Hampton has been sent undercover to find out why one of his ex team mates has been murdered. There is something seriously wrong on the estate , but finding proof is difficult. Mercy Romano wants to know why her sister was killed. They had been out of touch for years, so Mercy has no idea what she is getting herself into. There is a lot of danger surrounding our characters. They need every scrap of courage they have to survive. Luckily they have friends who might help. This is part of a series but easily read as a stand alone. A very exciting , fast paced romantic suspense. I love this series.

    Crossover

But still a great book, seals are the ult as another character in another series would say, totally iced. Love all the seals, each one with their quirks and troubles but all willing to stay the course and win. Need more.
