  • Beautifully written book!

Brody and Reegan enter a pact agreement. The past, and trust play major roles, as the story unfolds. This is a great story to read, truly enjoyable! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Brody and Reegan’s love story

This book was everything it should be and more. The love story aspect is quite moving and emotional. As with all destined pairs, communication sometimes isn’t a strong suit when such fiery passions come alive, The HEA and epilogue were of the sweetest, kindnest and happiest words that I got to read, I adored this story at the Euros. Pit. I reviewed a complementary copy of this boo via Booksprout.

  • Brody & Reegan

Well, another satisfied Dom and sub from the Eros Pit! Its interesting to read about characters that struggle with slights from the past and how they overcome them. It gives the characters depth and can show a commonality with the reader forming a connection. Great Job Anya! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Hurt Hearts & Steamy Heat

This book was a real powder keg of emotion, tension, heat and turmoil. Brody & Reegan made a very complex and captivating copy. These characters and this story has what's on the surface....and what is buried underneath. A steamy and moving romance that was really an excellent read. Of my own volition, I'm posting a frank review.

  • This One's a Good One

Oh my god, this book was so good! I would have given it ten stars if I could have. It's the fourth book in a series but I didn't realize that when I started to read it. It wasn't until Reegan talked about her friend Sophia and her Dom Gabriel that I suspected their might have been a prior book about them. I looked and not only did I find that there was, but that I already own a copy of the book, Midnight Masquerade. It was in my slush pile, which is what I call the folder on my Kindle where all the books I have purchased or received free are kept together until I get around to reading them. I have another folder where I keep the books I plan to read next. It has about 25 books in it. So it would have been awhile before I even found Midnight Masquerade. After reading this book, Midnight Renegade I not only moved Midnight Masquerade to the short list I bought a copy of book #2, Midnight Mystique, which I was very pleased to discover is a Rockstar Romance with BDSM elements included, my two favorite sub-genre. I can't wait to read them both now and if they are as good I plan to buy book #3 and #5, which is due to be published in December. Getting back to the book at hand, Reegan and Brody have smoking chemistry. My fingers practically burned sometimes just holding the book. Anya's a great writer and really pulled me into the story from the very beginning with Brody at the cemetery visiting his mother on Christmas. I adore a man who loves his mother as much as Brody loved his and I just wanted to put my arms around him and give him a hug. Reegan is the quintessential tough on the outside but just wanting to be loved on the inside. She's spent years making herself as tough as possible and getting involved with Brody is the last thing she wants to do. She can't even stand to be in the same room as him. It was inevitable that the sparks between these two would become the bonfire it did. I won't get into the plot. There are plenty of other reviews that do that. I just want to tell anyone thinking of buying this book that they will not be disappointed. If the other books in the series are as good as this one then Anya will be going on my favorite author list. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
