    Very helpful.

    I do not read many self-help books, and when I do I generally find them not worth the effort. But this literally changed my life by teaching me to think in terms of mini habits.

    Highly recommended

    I've not started my mini habits yet. I'll post later for feedback. Sounds helpful though. I highly recommend to read mindset by Carol Dweck, the power of habits and at last this one to understand it at a deeper level.

    Mini habits

    Excellent information that totally changes how i am approaching life goals. Walking to the end of my driveway is my new weight loss mini habit.This book will leave you feeling encouraged. Highly recommend.
