    A lighthearted Regency romance

I received this book for free from eBook Discovery. I voluntarily review this book. This is my honest review. Miss Marcie's Mischief is a lighthearted Regency romance, that had me chuckling from the very first chapter. When run-away Marcie stops the London Mail Coach driven by the Marquis of Sherringham on Valentine's Day, that is the beginning of Cole's problems. From then on Marcie's impetuous behaviour creates more problems than he thought possible, and he finds that he keeps gathering more characters on his coach, including an injured owl! Cole just wanted a break from his responsibilities, but instead he found that his simple task of getting the mail delivered on time had become almost impossible, most disasters inadvertently created by Marcie. Sparks fly and despite their irritation with one another, Cole and Marcie experience the first glimmerings of attraction. I thoroughly enjoyed this lighthearted comedy of errors, not to mentioned a little bit of escapism.

    A lighthearted story

I received a copy of this book from ebook Discovery in exchange for an honest review. A delightful read. Just wanting to get away from the stifling boarding house she has been living in and enjoy herself as she used to Marcie agrees to meet up with her new friend Nan who says she can get her to her relatives for their Valentines Day Ball. The hijinks and missteps that occur on route are sure to raise at least a smile if not a full chuckle.
