  • Continuity

I enjoy the Libby Sarjeant series. Lovely cosy murder mysteries. I do however wonder about the continuity through the books - in this book Ms Cookman has Ben’s sister as Peter’s mother , while in all previous books Peter and Ben are cousins. Millie (Peter’s mom) is Hetty’s (Ben’s mom) are sisters. Also at a point Libby goes to lunch without Ben as he is working at the timber yard, but then written into the lunch scene. Just as an aside the editing is not great as the are words missing every so often. While none of this will diminish the enjoyment of the books it does give pause…

    Thanks for your feedback!
