Noah Steele is definitely my muse!

This instant-attraction, adorable meet-cute story makes you smile, makes you blush, and makes you fall in love with Katy Evans writing all over again. Muse follows Becka, a 20-something writer who has just visited her friend Bryn in New York, a very disappointing trip when all she was trying to do was get her "muse" back for the book she's writing. At the airport however, enters this hunk of a man Noah Steele. He's charming, sexy, and so not the distraction Becka wants right now. I loved the attraction you see between these two, I loved the story, and I loved the smile that it put on my face. This is a complete standalone in the Manhattan books, but if you've read the previous books, you'll recognize some names. Muse is a feel-good book that you won't want to end, definitely pick this one up!

    A whirlwind, exciting romance!

4.5 stars! I have to say right off the start, Becka and Noah's story is my favorite of the 3 books in this series! We got to meet Becka in Tycoon, as Bryn's best friend. She intrigued me because she is a writer, and in Mogul, we saw one particular scene where she runs into Sara, her best friend Bryn's roommate who is meeting up with a super sexy guy in a suit. In that scene, we learned that Becka had a really hot guy waiting for her across the street, so I was immediately curious as to who Becka may have hooked up with on her short stay in New York City. The way that Becka and Noah meet is pretty out of the norm. I've always heard that you can see and experience just about anything at the airport, especially a NYC airport, and that is certainly the case for Becka. Her and Noah spend a whirlwind 2 days together, mostly at the airport, but the chemistry and connection between them cannot be denied. Noah was awesome. He is a man who seems to have it all, but appearances are often deceiving. He's a man struggling to figure out what he wants to do with his career. But spending every second of those few days with Becka has helped him to change his perspective and to truly see what is the most important thing he needs in his life. The same with Becka. She's struggling to write a book, and her Bitch Muse has closed up shop and isn't speaking to her. But after spending this insane, whirlwind time with Noah, everything she thought she needed to put into her story has completely changed. It doesn't hurt that Noah treats her the way she's always dreamed of being treated. She thought all of that was just fantasy like in the books, but she quickly realizes that with the right man by your side, it can all be her reality. Katy definitely took these two people on a crazy ride. But it is filled with emotion, a little bit of angst, and lots of hot, sexy times! If you've been reading the books in this series, you will really love this one! It feels different to me than the previous two, in that those stories had more angst and drama in them. This story is lighter, but like I said at the top, this one is my favorite!

Makes me want to miss my next flight!!

One plane connection gone wrong brings a disgruntled movie star and a writer together in an airport terminal for a whirlwind romance that even I wouldn't believe was doable, but was oh so wrong! This was such a good romance story, one that makes your heart flutter and your body tingle. It's the warm-fuzzies! Of course there is lots of angst, sexual tension and hot, hot times. I just adored this story This story places a movie star trying to reach a higher potential in the direct path of a romance author with an absent muse crashing into one another only to find that they need each other to make it to their next connection on time. Noah and Becka were so good together. This story was everything we fantasize about in a finding your 'one' at a time you never would have expected. These two were instant chemistry. Noah knew Becka wanted him because every time he touched her, her entire body lite up like an electric spark hit her. He was ready to wait out his flight in a hotel room, but Becka wasn't about to fall for that line.... she thought anyway. She didn't know Noah was a movie star that she was in awe with at 16 years old, but she definitely saw the jerk he was when they first met. They're both stuck at the airport because they missed their flight. Then a laptop disappears, a wallet goes missing, there's people watching and romance in the works. The scavenger hunt was so right for these two and quite fun to read. There's angst and sexual tension, romance and fun throughout this whole story. Definitely another great story in this Manhattan series.
