    Scattered but funny

This book is, not surprisingly, a lot like Hannah's webseries My Drunk Kitchen: questionable recipes, and scattered, vague "life lessons" with a tenuous connection at best to the recipe at hand. While Hannah's signature humour is definitely present, I felt that her advice wasn't particularly useful and her stories sometimes seemed like they deflected around concealed emotions or events. I also didn't feel like I would ever turn to this book's recipes if I was looking to cook something. While I was a little disappointed in the content of this book, it was funny, the images were beautiful and I overall enjoyed Hannah's first book.
