    Amazing

This was such a great book, the way the author delivers the events is easy and especially funny, the characters are light spirited, hilarious and they get the reader immersed in the action. I LOVED the book, I'm a slow reader so I finished it in 4 days, but it was well worth a read, so I strongly recommend reading ''My Favorite Husband'' if you want to reduce stress and have a laugh during the day.

    My Favorite Husband

What a fun story to read....just when you think things can't get any worse, they do.... Easy light reading and kept me entertained - anxious to see how the tale would end.

Sadly Unimpressive. Struggled to finish reading.

Personally, I was not a fan of this book, although it wasn't for a lack of trying. When reading the summary I was completely in love with the plot line. The idea of being married, thinking your spouse dead and finally moving on, only to find out he's alive and then having to choose between husbands, has always been a plot that has interested me and seems like the perfect chance for humour, romance, sadness, and a happy ending. I heard this book was a laugh-out-loud funny, quick, easy, and although outrageous, still believable, read. I, personally, found the opposite to be true. I found the "funny" parts less funny and more strange and outrageous. A lot of the book, and the way the characters acted and responded seemed highly unlikely in my opinion. For example, climbing down a three story building on a rope several times; hiding multiple people in your hotel room and expecting no one will notice the other; (and the biggest) trying to figure out which husband you want to spend the rest of your life with and allowing 5-6 people around you constantly and while every decision or conversation is made, seems highly unlikely to me. There's also this one extremely graphic sex scene, which I found completely unnecessary and didn't flow with the rest of the book. I did finish the book, and admit I did want to know how it ended and who she chose, but it was a struggle to finish the book and not just quit and go on to something else. Personally, I would not recommend this book, but from the other reviews you can see that many other people did enjoy it. Take the chance if you must, but I feel there are many other lighthearted, fun, quick reads that would be better worth spending your time on.

    Good read

An easy afternoon read. Liked the book. I would read other books by this author. Funny and interesting.
