    Beautiful and Inspiring

This book traces the Toronto of hope and successful action. It is a needed antidote to the current negativity and meanness threatening this great city. Thanks Olivia!

    An Unsolitary Life

An amazing story of a life dedicated to humanity and its great potential. Olivia Chow has, along with Jack Layton made an inestimable contribution to Toronto and Canada. This book moves one to tears of joy, sadness and gratitude. Thank goodness that there are people in this world like Ms. Chow who are not consumed by the cynical ways of current political forces and can shine a light of hope, grace and accomplishment on our communities. Thank you.

wonderfully written and proper naming of book

Well written as these were how her life has beenl lived. A wonderfully ardent person regarding children and the persons who do not have many privileges

Dedicated to the one I love ......

Olivia's dedication and commitment to her family, friends, community and country comes through clearly. It made me laugh; it made me cry. I couldn't put it down. The writing is so fluent as if she is telling you the story as you sit together. A wonderful read full of sensible ideas on child care and seniors services among many other important and interesting topics.

An inspiring book. Amongst all the ugliness in this world, it stands out as a beacon to restore hope for a better world. Written in a nice structure, interweaving the history, characters, events in a logical and easy to understand way, it makes for a pleasant and easy read. The book clearly illustrates that Ms. Chow deserves both our gratitude for her past actions and our support for her future endeavours.
