    I loved this romance!

Liam was shocked when a woman dropped a baby off at his door, telling him he was the father. He knew the child couldn't possibly be his but the woman wouldn't listen. To provide proof that he knew her daughter, she showed him a picture of them together. He saw that it was his twin brother in the picture but when he tried to explain it to the woman, she didn't believe him. She just said it was his and left. He's a single man with no experience with babies. What's he going to do? He looks for a nanny, hoping to get one who is able to start immediately. He got another surprise when the nanny was someone he knew many years ago. Hadley hadn't seen Liam in 10 years but remembered him to be quite a playboy so she did not believe the baby wasn't his. As Hadley cared for the baby and spent more time with Liam, she saw that he's changed from the man she knew years ago. I really liked Liam. Not only was he a successful rodeo rider and ranch owner, but an honourable man who took on the responsibility of caring for his infant niece. Hadley was wonderful with the baby. Even though she tried not to get too attached to her, knowing it was a temporary nanny position, she couldn't help herself from falling for the little one. But I felt so sorry for her because of the sad events in her past and the stress she put herself under because of it. When Hadley was riding in rodeos as a teen she had a crush on Liam. She found she was still attracted to him now but fought it not wanting to be another of the many who fell for him. Will they keep fighting their attraction when they are stranded in a snowstorm? I loved this romance. It had cowboys and a baby so how could I not love it? Ohhh, and that ending was just so perfect!

    Nanny Makes Three

Schield’s writing never fails to enchant me. I thoroughly enjoyed returning with her to Texas, creating a tale that is both completely realistic and utterly larger than life. The romance that she creates is enchanting, making me wish for it for myself. At the same time, it’s a story about so much more. The plot is heartfelt. I loved each moment of it. The characters took this from a good to a great story. Their genuine personalities really drew me in. I found them easy to connect with and the type of people that I wanted to get to know. Their lives were fantastic and almost dreamlike. The way that Schield develops their pasts while telling their stories in the present was utterly unforgettable. This was an utterly enchanting read. It’s perfect for an afternoon in front of the fire or a quiet evening at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Sweet on the surface with ... sex appeal.

Nanny Makes Three is a story that is sweet on the surface with an underlying current of sex appeal. I have been following the Texas Cattleman's Club series since the very beginning. It was intriguing to me how one group of authors could create a cohesive series that centered around a specific location and central characters that pop up within each others novels. I tried them out and have been hooked ever since. Nanny Makes Three by Cat Schield is the latest is this long running continuity. I loved how one innocent child proved to be the catalyst in these two characters lives. One baby helps to heal two hearts. Cat Schield outdid herself. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Copyright of Night Owl Reviews
