  • JESUS ..... "Myth or Messiah"? - Read & Find Out!

    R. W. Nelson is a man after God's own heart, and he wrote this book to tell the true story of Christ's Crucifixion and Resurrection. He writes skillfully in a heartwarming and entertaining way, which really brings the story to life for audiences young and old alike. Readers will better understand the truth of the Gospel story and how it impacted people during the time of Christ's incarnation, as Nelson masterfully blends the Biblical account of Jesus's earthly ministry with a fictional narrative that is also grounded in an authentic context of ancient Roman history, geography, and culture. As it unfolds with each successive chapter, this story will truly grip your heart as you enjoy a front row seat to the life, ministry, and deity of Jesus Christ as told through the unique perspective of how the work of the Cross impacted the lives of orphaned children and Roman soldiers who were living in Jerusalem during the time when the Messiah walked the earth. The book all by itself is worth the purchase price, as the story it tells is captivating from cover to cover and deeply insightful for those wanting to know more about the true historical events of the Holy Passion Week. Yet, readers will be blessed just as much by using the other educational resources that accompany the book, which the author provides to help further each reader's knowledge of the Bible as he explains the many Scriptural truths that are interwoven abundantly into this story from start to finish. If you already love Jesus and want to know more about the history and culture of the types of people who may have encountered Him as He went about doing His divine work of salvation as a gift for all mankind, or even if you have never heard why it is important for people today to learn about the life of Christ, then this book is for you! "Of course, there are many other things which Jesus did, and I suppose that if each one were written down in detail, there would not be room in the whole world for all the books that would have to be written." -Gospel of John (Chapter 21, verse 25)
