  • Two awesome and unique novels

I bought each of these books long before the set was available. I adore this hilarious, sweet, adventurous series. While the puzzles are fascinating, frustrating, and unforgettable, it is the characters that make the series shine. No Place Like Rome Absolutely loved No Place Like Rome. This series falls between thrillers and cozy mysteries. Each book has lots of twists, turns, and danger, but there is a personal feel and enough humor to lower the tension level. Oh, yes and sizzle. There is no telling where that sizzle will eventually go but it does add to the stories. I love the characters!!! Slash hires X-Corp to prove that his uncle did not steal 18 million Euro's from the Vatican bank, so Lexi travels with him to Rome to help track down the hacker who used his uncle's information to transfer the funds. They soon learn that there is more behind the theft than just missing money. As always, the plot is complex and exciting and I never have been able to guess where it all led! No Biz Like Show Biz Every book is unique but No Biz Like Show Biz take us into a totally different world. Ms. Moffett pulls us into caring deeply for her amazing central characters making us feel a real connection with Lexi and her brilliant but nerdy crew. The balance of action, humor and romance keep the pace flowing and keep me anxiously awaiting each release! Talk about different, Lexi goes to Hollywood to find out who is hacking (cracking) into the voting stats of a "reality show" about nerds. While she sympathizes with the hacker to an extent, Lexi has committed to finding him, so she will. THEN, he makes a BIG mistake, he brings the battle of wits directly to Lexi and her friends. Game On! Speaking of games, Lexi is manipulated onto the show. You can imagine how much she enjoys that! I love Finn and drool over Slash who has declared his love, but I am on Team Elvis. While Lexi may not see it yet, everyone else knows that he has a big "thing" for her and that thing may be love.

    Thanks for your feedback!
