    There are limits

This is book 1.5 in the Aces Hockey series. This book can easily be read as a standalone. It can also be read as part of the series, and it is very nice to connect it all up. Everything just makes more sense when you read a series and enjoy it in order. Jenna McFadden and Andrew Ross have been fighting an attraction since they were in their teens. He moved in with the family after his mother died, and was told in clear terms to stay away from her. The attraction is just so strong for them both! Jenna has been avoiding going home for fear of running into him again. She does not want him to find out he is the standard she holds all men up to. When she comes home with a boyfriend, her whole family is wondering why? Andrew has always wanted Jenna. He has forced himself to think of her as a sister. It only works until he looks at her. She just steals his breath. He needs to find a way to fix this. I thought this was a great addition to the series. I loved the banter and sexy times! The book was a definite keeper for my shelf! ***This ARC copy was given by Netgalley.com and its publisher in exchange for an honest review.

    Excellent

Loved this story! While it may be the typical brother's best friend trope with a twist, the excellent storytelling of the author and the great characters she created made this book a notch above the others. I could feel the conflict Andrew had between going for happiness with Jenna and the fear of losing the only family he really has. Jenna and Andrew's chemistry could be felt through the pages. There simply was no denying it and the family's reaction was perfect. This is a great read and one I will be recommending to everyone.

    Sexy unpredictable story

I love Kelly's books. They are so hot! I love how all the stories so far in this series have very original characters and stories that intertwine with eachother.

    Good read

I really enjoyed these two characters. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that it’s a novella but was charged the same amount as the full read books.

    Home for Xmas

Jenna is on her way home for Christmas, not only is she bringing her boyfriend, but it has been years since she spent any time with Andrew. Jenna's boyfriend doesn't make it even through two days before they break up, but with the memories and Andrew there to pick up the pieces, maybe that isn't a bad thing. “I’m afraid of living the rest of my life without you.” Jenna and Andrew finally decide they cannot be without the other. “So glad you came home for the holidays." Can they figure out how to make it all work? What will Jenna's family think? Steamy, sexy times, enjoy! Funny line about Grandma...“Stay away from me, you fat creepy bastard. "I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
