    Good read

Book was interesting & informative. But, contained alot of filler, lots of unnecessary details...ie; clothes people are wearing, schools attended, etc. Added nothing to the story. Overall, fairly good read. Sad story in Canadian history.

    Keeps You On Your Toes

This book goes so much into detail about every ittle accout of the book. This book keeps you wanting to read more and more. It's really hard to put down because you're always wanting to know what happens next. I would have to say this book is one of my favorites. Just a reminder though that this book is quite lengthy. It is quite a long book consisting not only of 3 Parts but 53 Chapters in the entire book.

    Shocking, Disturbing, Gripping Account

Stevie Cameron is an excellent writer, I've read her other books. This book is well-written and quite comprehensive, in other words many details and incidents are investigated and revealed. As another reviewer has said Quote "Dinah Taylor and Dave Pickton should definitely have been looked at more closely. Full justice has not been served for Vancouver's missing women and their families, whom have suffered most during this tumultuous ordeal. A well written, informative book. Highly recommended to those interested in high profile true crime cases." End Quote. I agree with this other reviewer - I think those other two people, and maybe a few more, should have been thoroughly investigated and charged with Second Degree Murder if evidence could be substantiated. How could they be there all that time, through all the parties and odd goings-on in the barns and trailers, and they not notice something?

    Miscarriage of Justice

This was a huge insight as to why Willie Pickton got away with first degree murder and convicted of 2nd degree murder. It is outrageous how much evidence was kept from the jury that would have most definitely turned the verdict into guilty. It's also quite obvious people were not blind on that farm; something like that going on just isn't simply "overlooked"! Dinah Taylor and Dave Pickton should definitely have been looked at more closely. How could that many murders take place on one property yet only one person receive the brunt of investigation? Full justice has not been served for Vancouver's missing women and their families, whom have suffered most during this tumultuous ordeal. A well written, informative book. Highly recommended to those interested in high profile true crime cases.

    On the Farm

Too long and repetitive, but very well done.
