  • Too short!

Great read, but way too short! As someone who has an educational background in mental health (and as a patient), Clara does have good insight into her disorders without getting into any techno-jargon, even without getting too deep into it. The rest are amazing stories about her athletic career, like the Olympics!

  • This book is a gem!

I was truly sad this book was finished. Needs to be required reading in schools. Excellent, vivid imagery and not afraid to give big punches!

  • Openmind open heart

An example of the pressures of family any high level sport. So important in understanding the mind of a fierce competitor.

  • Outstandingly honest

The tone is straightforward, filed with factual informations, this book helps you understand the life of an athlete who struggled both for excellence in the sports she represented Canada and in her personal life, aiming to push her boundaries and find balance.
