I enjoyed this storyline by Agatha Christie. The characters were different then the usual ones she writes about, it was enjoyable.

    Focus on the innocent

I am a big fan of Agatha Christie. This is, without a doubt, one of Christie’s best. An innocent man is accused of murder, tried in court and soon after is dead in prison, while the real killer is still roaming free!! An entire family is under police suspicion and investigation once again. And while you keep wondering “whodunnit”, the description of each character, the details pointed out about their personality, their character, likes and dislikes, their relationships with each other - are all purposely geared to make you believe that you have now figured out who the real murderer is. You are left in suspense, eager to prove yourself right at the end. But once again Christie proves you wrong! She does. She is that good. The real murderer is one of the characters you never suspected to have committed the crime, because the other characters had more reason and opportunity to do so. The end is always shocking! That’s what makes Agatha Christie the Queen of crime. And that’s why I love reading her books.
