  • OH my stars!

Oh my stars. K.K. Allen has hit it out of the park with this one. My heart was so wrapped up in the push and pull that is King and Silver. It is heartbreaking and raw. Very messy emotionally and so much more with these two. I loved that King had to work for it with Silver. She really gave him a run for his money. Silver is such a fighter. Especially with what her life has thrown her but she found solace where she least expected it and found a home she never thought she would find again at the camp. With King, I adored how he worked hard to pursue her. How he realized his past mistakes, not just with Willow trying to get her but also with himself and needing to change his ways. The growth of the characters is utterly brilliant from start to finish. Even with all the twists and turns, my heart was racing, aching and swooning throughout this whole story. The one thing I know I can get from a K.K. Allen book is all the feels. Every note was hit in this story. The passion and the wit, the epic banter and the heartbreaking moments. There is such a gambit of feelings as you read this book, that you fall down the rabbit hole of the world that has been created and want to just live with these characters. I adored every moment of this book and I did not want it to end!

  • Love Kingston and Silver

Kingston is in trouble with his coach who has to bail him out of jail. His couch gives him an ultimatum and he goes to coach kids in a camp. Silver is a nurse who lives at the camp and keeps to herself. Kingston sees her and wants her but she can’t stand him but is attracted to him. Slowly they get to know each other, but still guarded. Can Silver and Kingston get through the fears that hold them apart and be together? Great characters and storyline Amazing Book
