  • A four-star review on Overdue for Love by Erin Wri

I voluntarily reviewed a gifted copy of this book. After a huge disappointment, Dawson did something wrong nine years ago and he is not happy with it. Chloe is working as a waitress in a diner. When Dawson sees her working there, he couldn’t believe his eyes. Why is Chloe working in a diner if she is the heiress of a rich rancher? What has happened in the nine years since that fatidical day? This is an enjoyable book. Although I don’t like what Dawson did, I can understand why he did it, mostly because he didn’t have all the information he had later on. All in all, he is a good guy, honest and caring. His relationship with Chloe is a bit cold, there is not magic between them. I liked the interactions between Dawson y Tommy. And I loved Tommy’s straightforwardness. However, I would have liked to have more info about Dawson’s life as a child and young man.

    Thanks for your feedback!
