    Good book - adult themes

I'm leaving this review after reading this book for the third time. I keep coming back to this story because although some of the subject matter is dark I keep wanting to root for Ella and Reed. I read a review that said they hated this book. They claimed it was "normalizing sexual assult by depicting a teen girl and a family of teen boys in a situation of hypersexualized bullshit." Now while I will agree that there is sexual assult at play in this book I don't think it is out of context with the characters. Many of the characters in the story are disgustingly wealthy. They also have an air of entitlement. I think the behaviors they display depict what, sadly, happens everyday. If it didn't judges wouldn't be giving out short sentences, or none at all, for the exact same things that happen in this story. The characters are complex and we have just scratched the surface of their inner workings. The boys are angry and frustrated and choose inappropriate avenues to express their feelings. I think this aspect of the story is genuine and might be how 5 testosterone filled teenagers without a strong parental figure might behave, given the monetary means to which they have access. Overall, I think this is a story that is easy to read but that touches on deeper societal issues. I would not classify this book as YA. There are many explicit sex scenes, including sexual violence.

    Learn new tricks

Ella is no stranger to hard work in this life. She works hard to get the future she dreams of. So when a stranger claims to be her guardian - she calls his bluff. When it turns out he has 5 seriously handsome sons who she now has to live with, life takes a whole new turn. Ella thinks this may be harder than the life she left. Who do they think she is Cinderella? Lots of great surprises are in store for the reader. I loved this book. I laughed, I cried and then I screamed at the ending! I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. There are so many interesting and compelling characters. ***This ARC copy given in exchange for an honest review only.

    Enjoyable and not predictable

Enjoyable with a non predictable end. I liked the characters and was totally caught in the story: read 3 books in 3 days!

    An ok book

No originality much. Looks like a cross over of boys over flower and Cinderella and four knight.

    SO AMAZING!

And, I'm slayed, just slayed, this was so good and I get why everyone lost their minds over it! The true test, I knew going in this was part one, and there were will be three parts, and I wasn't even upset. Once I started this book, it consumed me, and I stayed up way too late to find out what happened in the story This was a roller coaster, and I enjoyed every second, every page, every word. Ella and the Royal boys/men have all sorts of problems and issues and are surrounded by some toxic people. All that mixed together, made for a wild story, and I loved it!
