Review: The Thornfield Affair 2: Paradox

Paradox by Amity Cross is the second book in her three part series The Thornfield Affair, a modern day re-imagining of the story of Jane Eyre. I was enchanted and addicted to Jane Doe and Edward Rochester's latest story. Jane and Mr. Rochester told in a modern setting is something I was intrigued by completely. After we left them last time - broken and apart I wasn't quite sure where the story would go. Obviously some things will be different from the original story of Jane Eyre, but I was in the dark as to what that would be. I think this one seemed to flow a little faster and read a bit more seamlessly than the first book, Euphoria, and I am on tenterhooks for the third and final book in this series, Zenith.
