Delightfully Entertaining Short Story! Loved it!

Sneak Peaks into the lives of Pia and Dragos are so much fun in this second of a three part trilogy snuck into the Elder Races series. Dragos and Pia are still hotly in lusty love and though she has to go to Hollywood to spend time with the Light Fae for a week Dragos will be nearby. Something big, bad and ugly is happening and both Dragos and Pia are drawn into trying to find a solution. In spite of the death and destruction going on there are sweet dreams Pia has of the addition to their family, caring moments between Liam and his parents and steamy interactions between Dragos and Pia. I wondered, after meeting Morgan of the Fae if perhaps he might star in a future book and kind of hope so. Loved the foreshadowing and by the end of the book found it the best use in a book in a LONG while! So eager to read what comes next in this series! Thank you to NetGalley and Victory Editing for the copy of this story to read and review.

    Pia Does Hollywood

An ancient enemy launches a shattering assault against the Light Fae during Pia’s diplomatic visit which has Pia and Dragos interceding as the destruction threatens to spread and strike a mortal blow against all of the magically gifted in this thrilling Elder Races novella. Dragons was unwilling to let his mate take the trip without him and the reader can’t help but get caught up in the exhilaration as Dragos lands in a bit of hot water. Chills shiver down the spine as Pia and Dragos discover just what they are up against and expectation builds as their deepest vulnerabilities are challenged and closely held secrets are threatened with exposure keeping readers on the edge of theirs seats in this well written, fast paced and smooth flowing plot that thrills readers with lots of suspense and excitement. On the home front, Dragos Goes to Washington had Dragos and Pia receiving some exciting news and this novella continues with that news and adds a bit of startling information and of course there is some hot and steamy sex scenes as Pia and Dragos can never get enough of each other. There is never a dull moment to in this exciting novella and it has with some surprising elements and unexpected twists and I couldn’t put it down once I started reading it especially with the challenging and emotional situation that Dragos and Pia are faced with.

    Pia does hollywood

I love following Dragos and Pia. I usually don't enjoy books that have moved on past the initial getting together of the hero and heroine, but Thea is a master of keeping it fresh and true to the characters. Great job as usual.

Pia Does Hollywood - An ok read!

~ 3 Pia Does Hollywood Stars ~ Pia Does Hollywood is novella #8.6 in the Elder Races series by Thea Harrison. An ancient enemy attacks the Light Fae and secrets of the Cuelebre’s maybe exposed. I have come to love Pia, Dragos, and Liam, but these novellas are all starting to feel the same, with the Cuelebre’s being brought into a disaster and then one or the other has to save the other mate. It’s starting to feel the same old same old even the relationship has leveled out. As for Pia and Dragos I was not as in love with them in this novella. They where to obsessed with each other and themselves. I did enjoyed the little bit of mystery and action we got in the plot, but my favorite part are the dreams Pia has of the baby on the way. I just love what he is. As things go Pia Does Hollywood was an ok read and I will always be a fan of this couple, but I think it’s time the author moves on to writing about new or other couples in the Elder Races series. *Disclaimer: I purchased this book for my own consumption. I was not given any type of copy for a review. All thoughts, comments and ratings are my own.

    More Dragos and Pia goodness

Pia has come a long way from her initial introduction. She had to, to be able to stand toe to toe with her dragon mate. If you read the Dragos Goes to Washington, you know that Pia is pregnant again. If you didn't read it, maybe this tasty chunk of knowledge will assist with picking it up. *wink* Of course, Dragos isn't going to let her go to La La Land by herself, especially not in her condition. But he does go in secret, all set to enjoy some prolonged time in his wyr form, while keeping a eye on his mate. Yep, you know those plans aren't going to work out. This book was nice juxtaposition to the first one, and by the time it was over I was salivating for the next one. I gave this book 3 stars.
