    Its ok

    Its OK just a lost of fruits and veg could of read it on Wikipedia wouldn't recommend to anyone to read to be honest but good for research I suppose

    ...A good start

    AN OK READ. Slightly clumbsily written in places. enough to be off-putting. But there was some good information to...um...digest. Interesting list of journal articles to mull over. All in, prbably of most use by those contemplating or starting a vegetaran\vegan diet.

    Edible plant health benefits

    Whilst this is a relatively short book it encourages the reader to explore the wonders provided by fresh fruit and vegetables.

    Plant Based Diet

    I was more than a little disappointed with this book. I was hoping for a few ideas on how to use these foods, perhaps a few recipes. But there is none of that. Instead you get a list of 101 vegetables and fruit with some information on each which you could easily have googled. Not much use for anyone seriously interested in a plant-based (=vegan) lifestyle.

    Very interesting

    I've been thinking about a plant based diet for some time. This book has some very good information.
