    express guide to positive thinking

This book is truly an express guide on how to switch your negative thinking patterns into a healthier, more positive thought process. I really enjoyed the fact that it’s concise and written in relatable terms. My favourite thing about this book is that it presents the reader with some really great analogies that help to better understand, as well as some concrete examples of exercises that one can do to shift their thinking into a more positive direction. Although there is some repetition in the book, I think that it is a clever way of structuring the content so as to emphasize that shifting the way you think is not something that will necessary happen overnight. You do have to make a conscious effort, especially at first, to make positive thinking a habit. Also, I appreciate having a step-by-step breakdown of what kind of questions I should ask myself, and what I should do given my answer, in order to spiral out of negative thinking and be able to think more positively. I would recommend this book to anyone who would like a quick guide on how to shift away from negativity and replace it with more optimism and positivity.
