    Own It. Love It. Use It Constantly

    Every time I open this "book" I find something else I just have to try. You will find a way to excite almost any food you can possibly imagine with a recipe from this book. A lot of people have trouble with any sort of "diet" (not my preferred term but it is that which I hear the most) because they don't know how to cook or make healthy foods taste delicious. Can you say plain chicken breast and iceberg lettuce salad? Even if that's what you choose, or is the only thing you know how, to make you can find an easy-to-follow recipe in this book to make your meal to die for - all with primal ingredients. And if you want to venture past that then this book can help you pave the way. Even if you're not into the paleo or primal or whatever-you-want-to-call it lifestyle the recipes in this book are so delicious and easy to follow that you'll find yourself wanting to try them all. Combined with beautifully simple photographs, this book is a must have for anyone who loves to eat delicious healthy food, not just for cooks - everyone.
