    Norton Delivers... Mostly

I was excited to dive into the first Dungeons and Dragons novel ever made, so did it deliver? Mostly. While the prose is weak half of the time, the action is good, the characters interesting and the story is a quick read. The idea of gamers getting sucked into a tabletop game may sound dumb now, but back then it was new. Quag Keep is an okay book that I might go back to if I have nothing else to read and I would only recommend Andre Norton's tale if you are a D&D/Dragonlance/Forgotten Realms lover and want to see how it all began.
