    Thanks for your feedback!

    Wow!!!!!

I keep saying that each book gets better and better. I was not wrong. I don't know how I'm going to survive madness waiting for the next book in the series. Cassie and Rosier is on a mission to save Pritkins soul in the past. Of course it sounds almost easy but, when is something ever easy for Cassie. She still struggles with her power and with alpha males that thinks they know best. I won't tell you any more. You need to read this for yourself. I loved this book and await the next book with longing.

Karen Chance is a fantastic writer!

Reap the Wind picks up where Tempt the Stars left off. Cassie and Rosier are traveling back through time trying to locate Pritkin and his soul. Only it’s a lot harder to hex a one-day war mage than you might think. And when the Pythias of those long ago eras get their panties in a wad about Cassie being in their time, it’s as close to impossible as anything she has been up against. And while she’s exhausting herself on this search through the ages the war is still ongoing, her court needs to be taken care of, and it’s time to set some boundaries with both the Circle and the Senate. Jonas thinks he can walk all over Cassie, Mircea thinks he can order her to do whatever he wants, and both of them want to hide her away. Thankfully rescuing her court means she has help and finally someone supporting her ideas. Rhea is the cheerleader and educator Cassie has sorely been lacking. Add back in her former savior Tami and girl power is in full swing. It’s so great to see Cassie stand up for herself and even better when Rhea does it. I love this book. It’s always fun to spend time with Rosier and we get to know Rico, a vamp bodyguard, a bit better too. Even Billy makes a brief appearance. I always love going back in time and a trip to Faerie never hurts. But the best part is how much Cassie grows into herself. She finally believes she is Pythia and trusts her own judgement. I can not wait to start Ride the Storm and keep the story rolling!!

    Absolutely astounding!

This is like the best yet because it explains some of what went down during Fury's Kiss, the third Dorina Basarab novel. I had always wondered who the chick in the doorway had been, thought I knew but not really, and the last couple pages of this book just confirmed my hunch. I like that these two series are starting to weave themselves together and now I want more. I also want to know what Cassie is going to do to get John Pritkin back, because that still hasn't been resolved and I thought it would have been by now. I thought the next book would be as focused on stopping Ares as each book focuses on one specific goal-not. Each one, I've found, jumps around a lot and it does get confusing because much seems like it has nothing to do with the overarching plot. And it drags Cassie, or Dory, on a wild ride that never seems to end. These books are adrenaline filled roller coasters with not much downtime in between all the mayhem and madness that fills their lives, to the point that it seems overdone at times. Despite that complaint, I still love these series to death and want to know what will happen next. Because we have a war to win and a master vampire to impress. (Grin!). I wonder how Cassie will manage that?

    Awesome! But.....

I have no idea what happened to Pritkin. The whole book was based on removing a spell from him and getting him back. Whereas his identity was told, he's still floating around in the time of Camelot! There is still no resolution and doesn't seem to be one in sight. This past as very disappointing. All in all the book was awesome, but it left the purpose as far as I'm concerned.

    Whirlwind adventure

Wow another great book. I love this series. So much action. Never a dull moment. And the characters are so fun. I can not wait to see what happens next!
