  • Its ok

Its similar to the other books are in the series. Flowed well. Characters developed well. I just found some of the areas to be confusing...such as when describing a fight seen. What each character was doing or feeling was not clear. Overall...a good story.

  • A little rushed

I really liked the concept in the ending but I just couldn't like the writing. All I saw in this book were the two MCs, a few supporting characters and nothing of the world. I couldn't get a sense that this was really Nocturne Falls. At some parts I could almost hear Kristen Painter's words, but in others it just sounded like all the author wanted was to see the two fall in love and nothing else.

  • Don't Fear the Reaper

I loved this book. I'm partial to reaper stories. The characters were so much fun and well developed. I loved the bird, Artemis. Who is also a witch. I wish she would get her own book and possibly a way out of having to be a bird. Max was so swoon worthy. Ooh and I loved the Underworld. This was a wonderful book!
