    Best

One of, if not the best written books of it's kind. Truely engaging!

    It Doesn't Get Better

I just finished this book with a marathon read of several hours in one night. I just couldn't put it down during the battle description. If you want to read what fighting in a modern war is like, and learn about the firepower and might of the American military ... this is a must read. I can't pretend to understand what these brave men went through but I certainly respect them now more because of this book

    Excellent Read

The book was very well written. Once I started reading, I could not put the book down. It made me respect the military that much more.

    Very well written account

The history of this particular incident was laid out in thoroughly logical and readable manner; I was impressed by the author's candor and willingness to go into detail about the errors which led to so many deaths, as well as the graphic nature of the injuries suffered by his team.

    Superb

Among the best memoirs I have read. I am grateful to Mr. Romesha for sharing this.
