    Thanks for your feedback!

Were you also sad that the Dark Tower ended?

This is not only a great book, but it is a fantastic series. I am a huge fan of Stephen King's "The Dark Tower", and this book takes a lot of great elements from that series. It is by no means that series, but The Portal Arcane trilogy holds its own as a fantastic dark fantasy read for any readers of the genre. It asks a lot of great questions (What happens after we die?) and will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire series. You'll be buying the box set once you read the free first book.

    darkly oniric

hauntingly oniric, almost overwhelming the senses, to the point where the reader almost breathes the dry non-air in the non-place so hard to define without actually describing something that would totally ruin the entire story. the author brings on that sensation of there/not there found so often in dreams turned nightmares, dipping into myths while creating a world unique unto itself. definitely worth losing a good night's sleep to read!
