    Rise to greatness

It was a tough slog. He seems to want to impress the reader with his obviously superior education. I am a college graduate but almost every page had words that I wasn't familiar with. I definitely will not be reading anything else by Conrad Black.

    Excelent view of Canadian History

I am well into this book and am finnding it a slow read. Material is well organized and quiie detailed. Black's excessive use of embelished use of pompous adjectives has caused me to use my dictionary more izn this read than I have in my last 20 books.

a great book on history of Canada

The detail and general flow of the material is most satisfying. Makes history come to life. Well done Conrad!

    Rise to Greatness

Should be required reading to graduate from high school in Canada. Excellent background and very useful ideas on paths forward eg have Quebec become a biultural province and aid others to do so also.
