  • You're never too old for romance!

This heartwarming and funny Amish love story shows readers that it's never too late to find love. Set in the Amish community of Wells Landing, Oklahoma, the story follows Amos Fisher, a sixty-two-year-old bachelor who has never married. When he sees Nadine Burkhart for the first time, he instantly falls in love with her and feels that God wants them to be together. Nadine, a twice-widowed sixty-five-year-old mother and grandmother, thinks Amos is out of his mind, and that she's too old for romance. Will Amos succeed in winning her heart? This was a well-written and engaging read, with a vivid setting, well-developed characters, and realistic family relationships. I loved the premise of the story and thought it was refreshing that the story focused on an older couple. The chemistry between Amos and Nadine was wonderful, and some of their interactions had me laughing out loud. I enjoyed watching their romance progress. The conclusion will warm your heart and leave you with a smile on your face. If you're a fan of this genre, then I highly recommend this wonderful story of love, faith, new beginnings, and not being afraid to get out of your comfort zone and enjoy all that life has to offer. Thank you to NetGalley and Kensington Books for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
