    Loved

LOVED!! These Kavanagh men are rough, flawed, loving, and just so yummy! Like Rory in book one, Kieran has made his share of mistakes in the past. His actually landed him in jail for a couple of years. Now he's a free man and ready to start his life again never to repeat the mistakes of his past. He may not be sure of exactly what he's going to do but he does know that! As part of his parole he is ordered to work at a youth community program. That's were he meets Fiona. Beautiful, sweet, and responsible Fiona. Working as hard as she can to provide a good life for her younger sister. She might be attracted to Kieran but there is more to her life to consider than simple attraction. She has Shea to think about so she has no time for a smooth talking player like Kieran. He's determined to prove to her he's more than she realizes and he's not about to give up until he's made her his. A great story that you don't want to miss. I highly recommend it.

    Fight for love

This is book 2 in the Kavanagh Legends series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading these in order. Kieran and Fiona meet when he goes into her shop to buy his mother flowers. Then they end up seeing one another several times over the next few days. She is just so pretty, and makes his heart race. Fiona has no time to date or focus on men. She has responsibilities that most men, and even women would never take on. Kieran is a temptation for her. Is it right to resist? Or is he the reason it all feels so right? This was such a surprisingly great story. I knew I would love it, this series is just terrific. I was excited and pleased with the subjects in the book. The banter is sexy and the characters are hot! ***This ARC copy was given by Netgalley and its publisher in exchange for an honest review only.

Yep Keiran was awesome - great read

*** Gifted in exchange for my Honest Review from the Publisher *** I read Sarah Robinson’s Saving a Legend and the Hot Kavanagh brothers certainly made an impression on me, MMA fighters and romance, Yum. This is Kieran Kavanagh Book, the Black sheep of the family, is out of Prison after a fight landed him in jail, Part of Kieran's probation was to be assigned to work at a center for at-risk youths'. On the Second day out he meets 'Flower Girl' Fiona, But Fiona doesn't fall for his charms, she has custody of Shea. her sister has Autism, And I did think that Ms Robinson has done a good job with Shea's character. When Fiona sees how well Keiran gets on with Shea, she realises that there must be more to the man with the huge muscles and sexy smile. But she fought hard to keep custody of her sister and she won't jeopardize that . . . will she give Keiran a fighting chance? Or will her past keep her heart locked up forever? Kieran makes the ultimate sacrifice for love, Fiona... well she has a lot of baggage, but eventually she begins to let the feelings replace the fear and hurt that held tight hold of her heart. I loved this couples story, I didn't put it down and it was good to catch up with Rory and Claire and the rest of the tight knit Kavanaghs. I will be keeping an eye out for Casey's book.

    3.5 stars-Saving a Legend by Sarah Robinson

3.5 stars---SAVING A LEGEND is the second installment in Sarah Robinson’s contemporary, adult KAVANAGH LEGENDS erotic romance series focusing on the Kavanagh siblings. This is former MMA fighter Kieran Kavanagh, and florist shop owner Fiona Doherty’s story line. SAVING A LEGEND can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. All of the previous story line characters play secondary and supporting roles. Told from dual third person perspectives (Kieran and Fiona) SAVING A LEGEND focuses on Kieran Kavanagh, his release from prison, and his building relationship with Fiona Doherty. Two years earlier Kieran was sentenced to prison for the near beating death of an opponent during an illegal underground MMA match. Fast forward to present day wherein Kieran is assigned community service at the local center for special needs children where he will meet Shea Doherty-the sister of the woman with whom he will fall in love. Fiona Doherty has custody of her sister Shea-a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder-but a child who will bring together two families, and many lives. What ensues is the building relationship between Fiona and Kieran that will suffer from secrets and lies from the past. Fiona fights her feelings for Kieran, and by extension his close knit family, knowing that once the truth is revealed, her life may never be the same. Our heroine is a bit of a hypocrite, and with it comes a judgmental attitude that should never have been. The relationship between Fiona and Kieran is slow to build as Fiona is reluctant to make plans for the future. As she struggles to raise her younger sister, as well as working full time and the owner of the local florist shop, Fiona does not have the time or energy for something more but Kieran’s mother makes Fiona an offer she cannot refuse when everything does not go according to plans. The $ex scenes are intimate. The world building continues to focus on the family business-LEGENDS-the gym owned by the Kavanagh family where ‘legends’ are made and history is written in the Bronx borough of Woodlawn, New York. As Kane (Kieran’s twin) amps up his training for a championship match, the siblings work together towards the ultimate goal. The Kavanagh’s are a close Irish family who are supportive, loving and willing to help those in need. Kane’s story is next. SAVING A LEGEND is a story about family and love; trust and understanding; secrets and lies. Kieran is a chivalrous hero willing to accept responsibility for someone else’s sins; Fiona is willing to sacrifice her own happiness for the sake of everyone else. The premise is entertaining; the characters are real but flawed; the romance is a slow build to a happily ever after.
