    Loved it

5 Star Review Scoring With The Wrong Twin by Naima Simone Naima Simone is a new author to me and I have to ask myself why that is. This was a relatively quick read but one that ticked all the boxes for me. Sophia Cruz is the shy and geeky identical twin of Giovanna, a successful up and coming model. When her sister convinces her to substitute for her at a modelling shoot, Sophia has no idea that it will change her life in ways she has never imagined. Giovanna has always been the beautiful twin, whilst Sophia was often bullied at school and overlooked as the plain , overweight twin. Attending the shoot Sophia meets and is immediately attracted to Zephirin Black, a tall, gorgeous tight end for the Washington Warriors. Zeph isn’t looking for romance after being badly burnt by his ex girlfriend he has sworn to never trust a woman again, especially if he finds out they have lied to him. However he too is attracted to “Giovanna”, a woman he has met before but who seems so different this time. Sophia is shocked at how beautiful she feels in the photo shoot and decides after initially rejecting Zeph, to jump into a one night stand. Zeph has no idea that Sophia is posing as Giovanna and she is terrified when their one night stand, turns into more and more. What will Zeph do when he finds out that it is Sophia and not Giovanna who has captured his attention? Will he forgive her or walk away? I loved Zeph and Sophia, both separately and together and so wanted them to get their happily ever after. Their chemistry was off the charts and I loved Zeph’s love and devotion for the grandmother who raised him. The characters were relatable and not only was it a spicy read it was also funny. This book had me gripped from the first chapter and I couldn’t put it down, reading in one sitting. I will definitely be reading more from Naima Simone.

    Twin Twist

Scoring with the Wrong Twin grabbed me from the beginning. Not only a twin story, a wrong twin story but a twin story where they swap places. I loved the premise of this book and the writing is exceptional. The characters have depth and their story does too. The simple premise might make you think it would be a simple story, but this story has a lot of depth. This book is very enjoyable and hard to put down once I picked it up. Thank you for sharing.

    Zephirin & Sophia <3

A hero that's sweet & sexy inside and out? A whip-smart heroine who's shy, yet sassy enough to make you sit up and notice her? A chemistry so hot, it makes your breath catch while ensuring you re-read the steamy passages more than once? Naima Simone delivers all of this in a sports romance that I enjoyed from beginning to end. I can always count on her to deliver sexy romances with smart, witty dialogue. I was fully invested in Sophia and Zephirin's relationship from the moment I read the scene where they first met. Their personalities seemed to match immediately. It was even more entertaining to watch as they danced around the fact that their arrangement had turned into more in such a short space of time. This is a great start to the series. I definitely cannot wait to read Dom & Tenny's story.

    Great contemporary romance!

This was my first book by this author, but won't be my last! Naima has an amazing voice that kept me giggling. The love scenes were scorching! Sophia was cute and kind of awkward, and I loved watching her confidence grow. And Zeph was amazing. Great contemporary romance. I'm not a sporty person, and I honestly know nothing about football, but this book totally worked for me.

    Amazing written

****I voluntarily requested and received an Advance Review Copy via Netgalley. This is my honest review.**** This well written tale that will grip you from the first page! The author writing is intelligent and mesmerizing, the story vivid and filled with complex characters, secrecy , love, angst and so many layers of reliability. It covers the story of identical twins: Giovanna and Sophia Cruz. I loved the sister, they are resilient, decent and loyal to one another. Sophia feels trapped in a dead end job she hates, surrounded by insecurity as an introvert. She is a computer app developer and wants her own company without the financial backup required her plans is stalled. Giovanna is an extrovert, outgoing, sophisticated and well kept in her persuading a career in modeling. Sophia decided to help her sister out of a sticky situation in a photo shoot and ended up meeting the dark, brooding, handsome tight end football player, Zephirin Black. The author summarize a great story of two damaging soul with trust issues and their journey to learning the real meaning of letting go of the past. Their connection was instant, but they struggle to fight the inevitable. I loved Zeph grandma cause she reminds me of my own. This is one to read. I would love to read about Don or Ronin.
