  • One Out of Three Worth Reading

The third book in this box set is well written with a plot different enough to add interest. The first two books in this box set are absolute rubbish. It is obvious they arecwritten by the same hand as evidenced by similar redundant plots and weak and repetative vocabulary. It is a hard stretch of the imagination to believe the third book shares the same authoress as the others.

  • Three Great Tales

Borrowed Dreams 5* Millicent agrees to marry a disagreeable crippled man to settle her debts. She cares for him and for all her awful ex-husbands slaves. The tale has goodness and an evil villain. It kept me reading with satisfaction. The Dreamer 5* One brother forces a marriage and the other brother turns outlaw. The reluctant bride, Catherine, struggles to untangle the mysteries of her new family and also has to deal with evil Englishmen seeking her and her sisters. I found it a captivating tale. The Angel of Skye 5* Fiona gets off to a rough start but becomes an angel. Alec becomes a guest leader of the Skye Macleods and connects with the reluctant angel. The tale spins out with entertaining twists and turns. I am ready for part 2.
