    A great finale

What a crazy ending to a crazy good series. I was a little saddened by Coll's fate but I guess that was the only choice he had. At least he didn't die. I think Rook and Jordan had the toughest jobs to do and faced the most loss even though Mirren and Vince had the most dangerous roles with confronting the Sandman. But Fawkes' move was the most intelligent and probably saved the hundreds of revelers that were trapped Darkside. This was an edge of your seat, nail biting finale. Had a couple of creepy dreams too after I finished it. ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.

Epic ending for an awesome series, a must read

Wow what an epic ending.......the action, the emotion, the love it has it all. Could not ask for a better ending for such an amazing series. It's also bitter sweet as I would have loved to be lost in their world longer for many more adventures. Definitely a must read. Thank you Erin Kellispn for sharing them with us.

    Scrape

The Sandman has entered the waking world and chaos reigns and the Revelers have no choice but to take on the nightmare in this final battle. Non-stop pulse-pounding action keeps readers on the edge as Mirren and Vince have the task of sending the Sandman back to his own realm, Malcolm and Jordan are cornered by an old enemy, Harlen must find a way to make dreaming safe again and Steve must embrace his altered nature to battle the powerful god while hoping that his passion for Maisie transcends the darkness. Lots of spine tingling excitement builds throughout this thrilling conclusion to this spellbinding series with well written scenes and details that paint vivid images and make it easy for the reader to become transfixed by the excitement of each and every scene while the intriguing events draw the reader in and refuse to let go. The strong, compelling characters demanded your attention from the very beginning and now they claim your waking time with an exciting nightmare of a battle that will send chills up your spine. The couples’ relationships are still going strong as they band even tighter in order to survive while the emotional turmoil and stress of the mêlée flows from the pages and grips the heart and the fast paced, smooth flowing plot thrills readers with lots of suspense, action and romance. What a spellbinding conclusion to this fantastic series! I have been enthralled with the dark, edgy world and sexy characters from the very beginning and while I hate to see it end, there is no better way that it could have concluded. I have to recommend that this series be read in order to get the full impact and understanding of this dynamic world that takes place in the dreamscape as well as the waking world. Meanwhile, I will be waiting to find out what Erin Kellison has in store for readers next.

    I Hate Goodbyes!

In this series finale, we join Harlen, the new Chimera leader, Malcolm and Jordan, Steve and Maise, Mirren and Vince and little David, in the ultimate adventure; getting rid of the Sandman. Where is Sera, you ask? Still in the hospital after being shot in the previous story, unconscious, as her dream self is lost in the Scrape. With the Onerios kidnapping Harlen's mother and the Sandman appearing in the real world in the body of Mirren's father, Harlen has no time to sit at Sera's bedside, so his father gets that task. When Harlen goes back Darkside and joins up with some of his marshals, he realizes the Agora is going to fall to the nightmares, who will feast on all the revelers, and there's nothing he can do about it: or is there? With Maze City in ruins, and a half-breed nightmare with mind control wanting to control it, and with Steve Coll seemingly dead, our courageous group are fighting on several fronts again; both in the real world and Darkside. Is there anyone who can defeat the Sandman? The Scrape was the perfect ending to this series. As well-written and easy-to-read as the previous stories, The Scrape fulfilled all my expectations in wrapping up this series that I enjoyed immensely and eagerly awaited the next installment. It is bittersweet to bid it adieu. (Gifted a copy for independent review)
