    The Robot Apocolypse Apocolypse

This book fascinated me from page 1. Rather han starting with the robot uprising as I expected, it opened in a world where robots are struggling to retain their individuality in the face of consciousnesses trying to absorb them.

    Extremely entertaining but somehow unsatisfying

Sea of Rust is an entertaining commentary on individuality and sentience. I never became completely engrossed in it, though, perhaps because unlike all the actors in this book ... I am HUMAN. Also, as in most movies, only the "good guys" can shoot accurately. That strikes me as absurd when the bad guys have superior processing power.
