    Great Detail Even Greater Story

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian I Dig Good Books. 5/5 (Exceptional) **I received a copy of this book from The Hype PR in exchange for a fair and honest review** Well, this book has some pretty big shoes to fill, comparing to book 1. I think, overall, this is a great book. There are tons of detail to keep you visualizing what is going on, and the descriptions are just as good as book one. There seemed to be a sort of lull while reading this book though - even though after re-evaluating book two, I realized there was so much detail that fled my brain, that really pumps up this book. There are some intense emotion in this book. Happy, sad, loved, disappointment, excitement, you name it, you probably felt it! They flowed well and were in par with the current actions. I would say it's a little heavier of a book and will grab at your heart strings a little more. Joey and Gage's friendship is put to the test and it broke my heart in tiny little pieces and then it was mended slowly. There were some heavy emotions between a few different characters. This story felt like it was setting more of the plot for us and getting us set up for book three. There was some good action packed scenes though that kept me from putting the book down and kept me gripping the kindle. Overall, I enjoyed this book. I'm glad I read it. I learned a lesson on pancake batter *snicker* and loved reading more on the story between Gage and Joey. Please, get a copy of this book and read it. You will enjoy it.
