The perfect best friends to lovers romance!

For someone who doesn't typically gravitate towards friends-to-lovers romances, I have read a bunch of them lately, and I've been loving them all, but I have to say that SECRETS OF THE WORLD'S WORST MATCHMAKER has been my favourite! It's been on my radar for a while, and I've been so excited for it!!! :D I absolutely LOVE this series so much! It's my favourite of Piper Rayne's so far, and I have loved getting to see so much of the Bailey siblings! Each book honestly just makes me love this series more and more. I've been eagerly waiting for Juno and Colton's book since we've been seeing little pieces of the two of them pining after each other for ages...and I have to say that I thought it was completely worth the wait! I love how we've seen how close Juno and Colton are in the other books, and that Piper and Rayne showed us some amazing little flashbacks throughout this book that really added to the whole friends-to-lovers aspect of the story. I love that they've been friends for so long, that they've relied on each other, supported each other, and just genuinely always been there for each other for years. They've pushed the boundaries of their friendship more than once, but their love for each other (both outwardly as friends...and secretly in a romantic sense), is so strong and it was so wonderful to see! I loved these two so, so much! :D Overall, I thought that SECRETS OF THE WORLD'S WORST MATCHAMKER was fantastic! It was definitely dramatic and had some seriously angsty parts, but I loved finally getting to see what Juno and Colton both thought about their relationship...and about each other! And I really, really loved seeing their relationship evolve! They were adorable and so fantastic together! I also loved how Colton has been a part of the Bailey family for years. I loved seeing both Juno and Colton finally express themselves...and I loved how deeply they already knew one another! I don't think I've ever fully felt a deeper friendship in a friends-to-lovers romance before now. I could genuinely picture Juno and Colton being besties when they were in Elementary school...and I really loved that. It was so sweet! If you love friends-to-lovers, I think you'll definitely love this one...and even if it isn't your go-to romance trope, trust me...this one is worth trying!!! I love, love, loved it! I adore this series!

I absolutely adore The Bailey's series that Piper Rayne has entertained us with. I have to say that I've always wondered how things were going to go with Juno and Colton, as we've seen their friendship play out in so many of her sibling's books. Well, wait no more, Secrets of the World's Worst Matchmaker will answer all of our questions and give us some new ones!! Juno and Colton have been friends since they were six years old. They truly have grown up together and they've also been there for one another for the happiest, saddest and even the most mundane times. They are as close as close can be and it's no secret to anyone who knows them that Colton has had feelings for Juno for years, but she's got her own reasons to keep him in the friend zone. Now that Colton is engaged, things between the two best friends have begun to shift. Juno realizes that they aren't going to be able to spend time together like they always have and while she gets it, it still makes her sad. She's trying to make a real go of her matchmaking business, but she's even having doubts about that. Is Juno going to land on her feet or is she going to lose everything that's important to her all in one fell swoop? For anyone that has been reading this series for any length of time, I would say this is probably the book we've all been waiting for. It was perfect for Juno and Colton and Piper Rayne also did a great job of setting up future books, which is always fun! Pick this one up, you won't be sorry.

    My favorite of the series

Piper Rayne does it again! I'm pretty sure I've said this before but THIS is my FAVORITE Bailey book. I have been looking forward to Colton and Juno since the series began but when Colton became engaged to Brigette I was like WHAT IS GOING ON??? because it was plain to see how in love with Juno he was and you know she loved him just as much even if they both denied it. UGGHHH sometimes I just want to hit someone to knock some sense into them, thankfully Piper and Rayne did it for me ;) This book had me in tears for about the first 25-30% of it, flashbacks and heartfelt moments of times past from their childhood together. We are taken on a journey from the moment Juno and Colton met, to her parents deaths, to preteen & teen years, to the present day, some of it was funny, some of it was super sad, all of it was relevant in the development of their relationship. We are left with a bit of a cliffy of sorts because the Epilogue set up the next book which is Kingston's, Winning my Best Friend's Girl, and it looks really good, I already preordered my copy and I can't wait to get my hands on it! If you enjoy friends-to-lovers romances this is a great one for you to check out, if you have read any of the Bailey Series you do not want to miss this one. Happy Reading!!!

...the cutest blend of sunshine and rain.

Heartache is in no way fun, but the Baileys make it a little more bearable. Rayne keeps the laughter going and the love flowing with another clueless, yet charming Bailey. Juno is the dreamer striving to find her own happy ending. When reality douses her with a bucketful of cold water, it's anybody's guess where her story will end. The World's Worst Matchmaker is the cutest blend of sunshine and rain. Any heart will adore the beauty and chaos this family brings to the table.

    A friends to lovers romance

Secrets of the Worlds Worst Matchmaker is book #7 in The Baileys Series by Piper Rayne. It is a funny, romantic story about 2 best friends finally getting their happily ever after. Juno and Colton have been best friends from the time they were 6 years old. Juno has recently realized her feelings for her friend go beyond friendship but the problem is she is too late. Colton is engaged to a vet tech at the veterinarian clinic he works at. What Juno doesn’t know is Colton has had feelings for Juno since they were 13 years old. I adored Colton. He has always been there for Juno from the moment her parents died at 13 years old he vowed to always be there for her and has never wavered from that. He has been at every Bailey function always standing right beside Juno. Colton is successful in business, he is confident and attractive. Juno is fearful and reserved about commitment and at times I was beyond frustrated with her inability to see what was right in front of her but at the same time I understood it. She owns and operates a matchmaking business. Although her insecurities took over at times she is a fiery redhead with a passion for love and matchmaking. She is gorgeous, funny and loyal to her family. I absolutely adore the Baileys. G’ma Dori, all the siblings, their partners and kids. Every time I read a book in this series I am immersed in the family, the drama, the humor and all that the magical town of Lake Starlight, Alaska has to offer. I am looking forward to Kingston and Sedona’s books next after the little hints dropped in this one. *ARC received in exchange of an honest review.
