A great story of friends becoming forever

I adored the chemistry that was Aaron and Madison. I had seen glimpses in the previous Montgomery Ink Boulder book and knew that they would be amazing if they got together. Through all the ups and downs with family, work and their own doubts this was one of my favorite couples. I knew that the instant protective instinct that Aaron had for Madison would make for some challenging situations with Madison's family. They were so great to read about and I hope to see glimpses of them in future Boulder books.

    Friends to Lovers!

This is a story about friends to lovers, forgiveness and repairing relationships that have been damaged. Aaron has always had a thing for Madison. When her mother corners Madison and introduces her to the man she arranged for her to marry, Aaron throws a wrench in that plan when he announces that they are engaged. As they stumble through this "fake" engagement to get her mother off her back, Aaron and Madison hide their true feelings for one another fearing that when this charade of an engagement ends, one or both could get hurt. It takes a horrifying incident for feelings to finally come to the surface and for a family to come together.

    Terrific Story!

SEDUCED IN INK by Carrie Ann Ryan. I absolutely ADORED this story. Aaron and Madison are delightful! Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes and Ms. Ryan did not disappoint. These two were simply meant to be and their interactions are delightful to see. Ms. Ryan brought out so many emotions - from Aaron's need to save to Madison's troubles - I was right there in the story. Aaron is the ultimate stand up guy - stepping in when he sees a wrong. Madison is sweet and gentle, yet lives a not so great life with her family. Ms. Ryan's writing style and the effortless flow of this story captivated me. The characters, the plot and all the little extras on the side were perfectly done. This series has been terrific from the start and SEDUCED IN INK is a perfect way to wrap it up. Just a note - this is a standalone but I would recommend reading the rest because, why not? They are wonderfully written and provide immense entertainment for the reader.

A major case of the feels

This book was in my opinion, everything a "fake relationship/fiancé" romance should be. Madison and Aaron were complex, well crafted characters that were easy to relate to and feel for, the chemistry simmered just under the surface of every single interaction the couple shared and the deep unspoken emotions perfumed the air like lilacs on a warm spring breeze. You can expect to catch a major case of the feels as the fun and emotional story progresses. Heart, humor, poignancy, sweetness, friendship, drama, heat, and both the blessing or the curse that family can be, have starring roles in this amazing read. I loved it! This is my independent, impartial review.

Aaron and Madison get their story!

I absolutely love the way the book started…with cheese! We’ve seen glimpses of Aaron and I’m glad we get to have his story. He saves the damsel in distress, literally, the damsel being Madison and he saves her by stating there are engaged, which is not really true. What continues is Aaron helping Madison find herself and finding a backbone, her parents walk all over her. They also get to know each other more than they did, more intimately and they can’t help but give in and also fall deeper and deeper in love. Of course, lots of drama follows but Aaron comes to the rescue. What a great story, kept me on my toes and I was very entertained.
