    Strength to the next level

    If you're still a beginner then stop right there. Yes, the authors are legit badass but before you can incorporate their routines you have to first build your solid foundation. But if you're like me who've been training for almost half a decade now - then grab this book. Be wary though, it will not be easy. To go to the next level you have to demand more out of your body. The authors will teach you step by step how to get to the next level, including some mindsets to have and nutrition. When all is said and done. If you want to sculpt more out of your physique and attain hardcore strength. This book is highly recommended
