    oh momma

Kenni and Finn are definitely a couple now and things are quiet in their small town. Until Poppa pops back up and you know what that means - another murder. Who is the number one suspect? Momma is in trouble - could she have really committed the crime? There are several things going on in this book - romance, murder, illegal activity, momma acting strangely, etc. Love the small town and its crazy residents.

    Kenni is at it again

I received this ARC for a honest review. I Love a Kenni Story. She once again has a few mysteries on her hands. For a small town they sure keep her on her toes. Why after all this time does people doubt she can and will get the job done? LOL I can't believe her mamma. She has really took getting into things to the next level. Dead body, Handicap parking, and Botox???? Come on if I didn't know better she seemed to be testing Kenni. I am glad to see them getting a little closer and mamma is getting over the whole sheriff thing....maybe. Finn, good ol' Finn. He has come a long way from the first book although I think he still has some of his guard up. That is fine because he hasn't been there long enough to know the ways of small town Cottonwood. I am glad to see him and Kenni working on a relationship. I am also glad to see them not just jumping in together. I like they are taking things slow and finding their way. I can't wait till he finds out about Poppa. I am happy it hasn't got reveled yet as I don't think he is ready for that shocker. I like that Kenni has her Poppa to herself right now. Even if he is a ghost. I think it adds a bit to Kenni. So if she doesn't share him for a while I understand that. I am glad everything turned out the way it did. Toward the end I was thinking who they had as a suspect wasn't the right one. Things just didn't add up. I am glad everything did work out for the best. I had a few laughs in her and Kenni with her new hobby sounds fun. I would recommend this book to anyone. I always look forward to this story and wasn't disappointed at all.

    It is another winner

Review for Tonya kappes book six feet under Tonya Kappes has another Southern Charm winner on her hands with Six Feet Under, her newest Kenni Lowry Mystery. It has that southern charm, mystery, romance and a surprise ending that you have come to expect in her series. Her cast of fun loving and witty characters keep you riveted and makes you want to stay up all night to finish the book so you can find out how it ends. I can not wait to see what happens in her next book. I received this book before release for my honest review.

Kenni and crew are so fun.

Kenni and her crew are so fun. I really like her mama. I haven't read the other books in this series, but I will be getting them now. Very interesting characters and a good mystery. Kenni's mama is getting ready to show a famous chef that she has the best chicken pot pie. But, the chef turns up dead. Poisoned by a chicken pot pie. Kenni knows her mama wouldn't kill someone, so who did? After Kenni is taken off the case by the mayor, she is able to spend some time investigating some other suspects. She also has an illegal handicapped placard ring to figure out and some of the women in town are going to Botox parties. And they are getting sick after. Kenni needs to find the murderer, figure out who is making the placards and get the people who are illegally injecting Botox. Easy, right?

    Ghost Sidekick

Mayberry is alive and well but now known as Cottonwood KY. Great folks living life in a slow down mode with a mix of gossip being added for some spice. Murder again sets Sheriff Kenni Lowry on the trail to justice with the help of her grand POPPA's ghost. This crime is especially tasty because it involves a restaurant critic and KENNI's Mom. Kenni's mom makes the best chicken pot pie but will it make the spot light? There are other books by Tonya Kappes revolving around Sheriff Lowry but they stand alone. "A copy of this book was provided by Henery Press via Netgalley with no requirements for a review. Comments here are my honest opinion." Enjoy this sweet mystery!
