    Thanks for your feedback!

    Great read with wonderful characters!

I absolutely LOVED this book. The main character Kate is wonderful and getting an insight into the private school admissions process is fascinating. A well written, entertaining, easy read which grabbed me right from the beginning.

    Hilarious!

I loved it! Kate has been dumped in the Paris airport by her boyfriend and goes home a broken woman! Despite her friends and her sisters' best attempts, she just can't seem to get off of her couch and rejoin the world...until her sister gets her an interview as an upscale private school Admissions Director, about which she knows nothing, and makes that perfectly clear in her interview! Much to her surprise, she's offered the position and she's back in the real world doing a job she has no qualifications for and wondering how long she can fool her employer in thinking she knows what she's doing! This book is a funny yet sad commentary on the admissions process in parents trying to get their kids into a high end elementary school. Talk about stress!

Loved this Adorable and Hilarious Novel!

The story of Small Admissions weaves in and out of the cutthroat world of private school admissions in NYC (which is fascinating), but the true heart of this story are the four women who are connected by blood, friendship and one bad boy (ex) boyfriend. Amy Poeppel has such an incredible wit and she brings each character to life in a picture-perfect way. I found myself chuckling and cheering all the way through the book. And I'm one of those people who says, "ciao," which, when I got to that part, made me burst out laughing in a public place, garnering many looks from the people around me. In my defense, though, I do speak Italian! Small Admissions is a fun and funny novel that I completely adored and highly recommend. I can't wait to see what Poeppel will come up with next.
