    Smitten By The Brit

Another fun read! We first met Bonnie and Theo in the first book in this series, Getting Hot With The Scot, and now, a year later, Bonnie is still with her fiance waiting for Gabe to finish his PhD when she walks in on him and is devastated and runs off. Who does she run into but Theo, who she met the previous summer. He is happy to rescue her and help her feel better for a bit. Bonnie needs a new plan and lucky for her she has been offered a summer job in England. So, with a summer fling and friends with benefits role until Bonnie finds out something about Theo that makes her run back to Chicago. These two are truly meant for each other and Theo is not going to let Bonnie run away from him but can he convince her he is worth it? I am thoroughly enjoying this series. You don't necessarily have to read the first book but that one was so good too! **Received this ARC for review from the publisher via NetGalley**

    Loved it

Loved this story! Bonnie and Theo are amazing characters we first met in Getting Hot with the Scot. Their story was fun, flirty, and completely entertaining. Bonnie who thought she had her life all planned out finds herself looking for a new path and a fresh beginning. When an opportunity to teach in London for the summer comes up she sees it as a sign and agrees. That's how she is reunited with Theo Wharton, the dashing Brit she met on her vacation last year. It's soon starts to feel like this summer could definitely be the fun time she's been seeking. It actually could turn out being so much more if she'll just go for it! I really enjoyed this book and think you will too. I definitely recommend it.

    Light 4* read

This was a light 4*. It had a young woman who had her perfectly crafted world turned upside down and is now trying to figured out what to do with her life. Then enters a handsome gentleman who is a real life duke aka Theo and wants Bonnie with all his heart but he has family obligations that make things look impossible for them. I was drawn to Bonnie's quirky personality. I did like Theo's manners but he got a big slap for "disappearing" on her for a few weeks. But like any fairytale we get to see a change of heart and a big HEA for everyone. Overall it was quite enjoyable read. ***Review copy requested and reviewed on behalf of OMGReads Blog***

    A Wonderful, Charming Romance

I thought that this was an incredibly wonderful, charm filled romance. I loved Bonnie and Theo. Bonnie was smart, sassy and quirky. Theo was all kinds of sexy cloaked in propriety. He was so charismatic, sweet and chivalrous but he also had a hidden naughty side. Together, these two, in my opinion were simply perfection. An extremely enjoyable read with lots of heart, heart and humor.

Bonnie and her friends are so much fun.

Bonnie and her friends are so much fun. Bonnie is at a party and runs into Theo (the Brit). She hasn't seen him for a while, but still feels that attraction. She can't have that, she has a fiancée. She decides to leave the party early and hopes her fiancée will be home. He is home, but not alone. She finds out her fiancée has been cheating on her for months. When a teaching opportunity in England comes up, she decides to take it. Instead of planning her wedding, she is helping with her friend's wedding, which will take place in Scotland. While in England, Theo and Bonnie spend a lot of time together and Bonnie starts to imagine what it would be like to stay with Theo. Theo does too, but he knows that he must think of his family first and the family coffers need to be refilled. The only way to do that is for Theo to marry a wealthy woman. His heart wants Bonnie, but he thinks he has to do the right thing by his family. What can he do?
